Can I start for free?+
Yes. Free calculation tools are available first. After sign-in, you receive 40 lenses and 6 saved profile slots; lenses are mainly used for complete Mirror replies and saved profiles beyond the included amount.
What are lenses?+
Lenses are the balance used for complete Mirror replies and extra saved profile slots. One complete Mirror reply costs 5 lenses.
Do purchased lenses expire?+
One-time pack lenses do not expire. Subscription lenses are granted by billing period and renew automatically while the subscription remains active.
How do archive slots work?+
Each account includes 6 saved profile slots. After that, each new saved person costs 50 lenses to unlock one additional slot.
Can I switch or cancel a subscription?+
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically, and billing can be managed from your account page. Each renewal opens a fresh refund window for that period; lenses already used cannot be refunded.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — within 14 days of any subscription charge or 30 days of a one-time pack, you can refund unused lenses. Partly-used purchases are refunded pro-rata for the unused portion. Request a refund directly from the billing section of your account page.
Subscription & Credit Terms
Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime from your account settings before the next renewal date.
Lenses (credits) have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and expire upon account deletion.

Unused lenses can be refunded in full. Partly-used purchases are refunded for the unused portion. Fully-used purchases are not refundable.
